Cancellation & rescheduling

Private coaching sessions reserve dedicated instructor time and mat space specifically for you.

To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time, as well as missed sessions/no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the session.

We understand emergencies happen, and courtesy accommodations may be made at instructor or academy discretion.

How it works

  • More than 24 hours away: cancel or reschedule directly from your booking — no penalty, slot is released.
  • Within 24 hours: automatic changes are disabled. Submit a cancellation or reschedule request and the studio will review it.
  • No-shows: if you don't make it to a session that wasn't cancelled in time, the session is forfeited.
  • Studio cancellations: if we need to cancel or move a session, we'll always reach out and offer a credit or refund.
